Our goal is to be really good at OUR MISSION. We recognize that we won’t be able to meet all the needs of families affected by pediatric cancer, but on our journey, we have been made aware of some amazing organizations that meet a wide array of needs. We have listed those here!
American Childhood Cancer Organization
We are a community of families, survivors, and friends who have been affected by childhood and adolescent cancer. We offer our community support, information, advocacy. We are their voice.
Camp Sol
Healing the family heart from the death of a child through a supportive, warm environment where grieving families share experiences and participate in a variety of fun and nurturing activities, specifically designed for families, adults, and children.
Heroes for Children
Heroes for Children, a Texas nonprofit organization, provides social and financial support to Texas families that have a child battling cancer. Since 2004, Heroes for Children has given nearly $6 million to 6,000 families. They work with hospitals to identify and provide emergency financial assistance directly to families in need, and are the only organization in the state that helps finance funerals and fertility preservation. Because the impact of childhood cancer is felt by the entire family, they arrange activities for the whole household at events in DFW, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin. Heroes for Children ensures that no family fights alone.
HopeKids
HopeKids provides ongoing events, activities and a powerful, unique support community for families who have a child with cancer or some other life-threatening medical condition. We surround these remarkable children and their families with the message that hope can be a powerful medicine.
Layla's Legacy
Layla’s Legacy Foundation funds innovative pediatric brain cancer research while bringing hope and help to families impacted by the disease.
